The Steller Sea Lion surfaced regularly to see who was watching him - look at the muscles in those shoulders! The sea otter was in a separate tank and had been rescued and now was almost good enough to be released back into the wild. He spent a lot of his time just floating around on his back. Veterinarians and staff learn a great deal about these animals during the rehabilitation process.
