Pine Creek, Northern Territory

Heading north again we stopped at Pine Creek. From the lookout you can see the lake formed by filling the Enterprise Pit from the old gold field with water. This gold field was still in operation until 1995 and produced $393 million of gold. We found quite a few interesting historical spots to visit in this town.
