Hawkes Bay to Rotorua, New Zealand

It was getting late so we pulled in for the night at Lake Tutira rest area and DoC site and set up right next to the lake - beautiful! We didn't stay long enough to fish for trout or do the 5km walk to the top of Table Mountain to take in the great views to Hawkes Bay. It was a nice spot though and the black swans were VERY used to people and expecting a handout. Select the photo below to see more of this area.
