Rotorua to Auckland, New Zealand

We headed back towards Rotorua enjoying the views towards Rainbow Mountain Scenic Reserve. Steam was rising from the ground and lakes. Rainbow Mountain's Maori name is Maungakakaramea, meaning 'mountain of coloured earth'. It was once volcanic and in places it is still smouldering.
