Invercargill to Fiordland to Milford, New Zealand Trip

The cruise boat came very close to the falls and a few of us managed to get quite wet from the spray. It is possible to get in close because most of the mountains continue straight down another 1000 feet to the floor of Milford Sound.  Select the photo below to see more of this area.
