Wanganui to Lake Taupo, New Zealand

Before you even go into Ruakuri Ccave you have to practice some of the manoeuvres in the river that you will have to be confident enough to do in the cave later. Here we were practicing jumping backwards off a jetty down into the river (it was COLD!). This is what we would have to do later off a small waterfall inside the cave.
