UK and Europe Roadtrip - Corvins Castle

There was already a fortified tower on this site, erected by King Charles I of Hungary, when Governor Ioan of Hunedoara built this castle here in the 1400s. It is called Corvins Castle and it sits high on a rocky outcrop above the river Zlasti with great views over Hunedoara County. Select the photo below to see more.
