UK and Europe Roadtrip - Sibiu

There has been EU support for the arrays of solar panels and for the new motorway, long viaducts and short tunnel we found ourselves on. Aas we made our way to the city of Sibiu we noticed the apartment buildings here have a new coat of paint and the rubbish that was everywhere beside the roads is nowhere to be seen here.
