The blue and white Hermitage Pavilion (top left) is a 2-storey pavilion near the lake and was designed by Mikhail Zemtsov in 1744. Today it sits like a small version of Catherine Palace amongst its carefully manicured formal garden. The moat is no longer filled with water.
