You don't often see a koala in a palm tree. They usually visit one of the eucalypts in the back yard and mostly sleep all day interspersed with eating the new leaves. They spend most of their time at the Springwood Environmental Park only visiting us occassionally. This one was just a baby and may have had a fright and shimmied up this palm tree in our yard by mistake.
