Holiday Photo Album Espiritu Santo & Oyster Island, Vanuatu

Week 1 - It is our 2nd time holidaying in Vanuatu and we decided to go to one of the more northerly islands this time - Espiritu Santo Island, usually just referred to as Santo. We flew out from Brisbane at 11am and arrive Vanuatu at 2:45pm (2.5 hour flight). After taking this direct flight from Brisbane to Luganville we caught a taxi to Oyster Island (Malwepe) which was our base for 11 days. It is only a quick 200m ferry across from the main island to Oyster Island. Highlights of the first week were relaxing on Oyster Island with its great food and people; a trip to Blue Holes Pools, Champagne Beach, Lonnoc Beach and Port Olry. We LOVED the Millenium Caves trek (full day) and the Mt Hope Waterfall Cascades tour (half day). Want to choose another album from this area? Use the Pacific Islands Map.
