Oyster Island and Espiritu Santo Island, Vanuatu

Day 1 Sunset was enjoyed from out front of our hut then we headed off to the main reception area for drinks and dinner (50m walk). Fish, risotti and stir fry veges with wine (converts to pretty similar prices to Australia) Very nice! The food was very good with different specials each night so there was always something different or you could stick with your favourites from the menu.  Select the photo below to see the dining area. Some tables are under cover and some alfresco but all with a lovely outlook and very friendly service.
