UK and Europe Roadtrip - Battle Church

Battle's church of St Mary's has two chapels: St Catherine's Chapel and The Lady's Chapel. Top right is the richly decorated tomb of Sir Anthony Browne and his first wife Alice. He was the first lay owner of the Battle Abbey after its dissolution in 1538. Bottom right contains the holy water which countless hands over the centuries have dipped into.
