Queenstown to Haast Pass, New Zealand

We left Cascade Creek campsite and continued back along the Te Anau-Milford Highway skirting along the side of the Eglinton River, passing Mirror Lakes again. The scenery is magnificent  so you don't mind the back track to Te Anau before you can continue on your way towards Queenstown. Our next stop was a coffee at Kingston on the southernmost tip of Lake Wakatipu. The water was a beautiful blue that we came to expect in all of the New Zealand Lakes.
