UK and Europe Roadtrip - Cluj Napoca

We explored Cluj Napoca on foot and noticed many of the roads were under repair and residential blocks and businesses being renovated. Romania has been a member of the European Union since 2007 and their support has helped the country in a lot of ways. After many application to the European Council they have finally allowed them to also join the Schengen Area which means border checks for land-based travel cease.
