Tasmania Roadtrip - Rowallen Dam

Before the Mersey River water reaches Parangana Dam and its turbine it has already passed through Rowallen Dam, built in the 1968, and been used to generate electrical power here. Lake Rowallen is quite thin but backs up more than 11km from the dam wall.
