England - West Yorkshire to the Peak District

Album 84 - After a huge day in Oxford we decided to set off north to our next BritStop at the Reservoir Inn, Thornton. In this section of the trip we travelled from Leicestershire through Derbyshire and Yorkshire into Cumbria. Calke Abbey, Repton Village and Matlock Bath were interesting places to visit along the way. The Derwent Valley is very picturesque. The highlight though was our walk through Longshaw Estate in the Peak District National Park. Missed the last Album? See Album 83 which covers Wittering to Oxford.
