England - Yorkshire to the Suffolk Coast |
Album 89 - We continued south along England's north sea coast. A highlight of this section of our roadtrip was the visit to Bempton Cliffs in Yorkshire, to do the walk along these amazing cliffs and visit this popular bird sanctuary. We continued down the Yorkshire coastline stopping at a few of their beaches to stretch our legs before heading inland again. The historic old town of Lincoln was brilliant with its Castle, Cathedral and various medieval ruins to explore. Heading east again we stopped on the Norfolk coast then drove down the Suffolk Heritage coast. Clumber Park, Tattershall Castle and Dunwich Heath were three of the National Trust properties we enjoyed along the way. Missed the last Album?
