Roadtrip UK - Framlingham Castle

Of course we also visited Framlington Castle with its huge stone curtain walls. Originally there was a timber fortress built here by the sheriff of Norfolk and the first stone buildings didn't appear until the 1100s thanks to Hugh Bigod, the 1st Earl of Norfolk, who was his son.
