Tanna Island, Vanuatu

We stayed at one of the few resorts on Tanna called Evergreen. It is on the west coast 5 minutes from the airport. This is handy especially if it is raining as majority of roads are no more than bush tracks and there can be problems getting across the island in heavy rain. Accommodation is island-style huts. Tip: When you fly to Tanna you need approx 200Vatu departure tax in cash. Probably more important to remember on your way back to Port Vila.
